What do I need to think about before I ask you to give me a quote?

When it comes to planning your dream holiday, we want to ensure it perfectly suits both your vision and your budget.

Let us know the amount you are comfortable spending, along with your preferred destination, the number of nights you wish to be away, and who will be joining you. Please include the ages of any children at the time you return from your holiday, as well as any special requirements or preferences you may have.

When will I have to pay for my holiday?

Our suppliers set the deposit requirements. The payment method is a simple secure online payment link. Rest assured that every transaction is safe.

If you're booking your holiday less than 14 weeks before you depart, payment must be made in full at time of booking.

Is my holiday protected?

We are proud to be 100% protected by the Travel Trust Association (TTA), one of the most comprehensive consumer protection schemes in the travel industry. 

Unlike other protection schemes such as ABTA, every payment you make is placed into a secure, independent trust account. This account is managed by professional trustees and bankers, meaning that as your travel agent, we never directly touch or have access to your money. 

When a tour operator requires payment, they request it from the trust account, and only then is the money released. 

This process ensures that your money is always safe, giving you total peace of mind. With us, you are fully and securely financially protected—100% of the time.
